Arbui is a red wine with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Alicante, made exclusively with Monastrell, the variety that best represents the wine-growing landscape of southeastern Spain.
The grapes come from vineyards trained in the traditional bush vine system, where low yields and hand-harvesting allow for the selection of only the bunches that reach their optimal ripeness. The Mediterranean climate, with dry winters, spring rains, and warm summers, favors slow ripening, which concentrates the fruit and gives the grapes a balanced character.
After fermentation, the wine undergoes an aging process of approximately 12 months in French oak barrels, a period that brings complexity and structure without hiding the identity of the Monastrell.
On the nose, aromas of ripe black fruit, such as blackberry and plum, predominate, accompanied by spicy and toasty notes, and subtle hints of cocoa and vanilla from the barrel. On the palate, it is ample, structured, and balanced, with well-integrated, ripe tannins and a long finish that invites you to continue enjoying it.

This wine is ideal for pairing with red meats, game, traditional stews, aged cheeses, and robust Mediterranean dishes. It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 °C to appreciate all its complexity.
